Why all malls are closed?

there are various reasons for malls are closed, 
1 COVID 19 is the key factor in closing, due to this peoples are preferring to stay safe at home or at isolated office cabins and similar kind of places,
2 due to COVID 19  peoples are concentrating on saving money for unfortunate things and to secure the family
3 job are decreasing 
4 less income of most of the people nowadays.
